Starlight Development is lead by four highly experienced professionals, that together combined represent more than 75 years of working experiences in different sectors. Our Senior Execurites Agustín Cabrer, Roberto Trápaga and Andrés Nevares, Esq. Our Chief Financial Officer Esq. and Maria L. Ramos	Agustín Cabrer is a seasoned investment banker, who brings to Starlight over 25 years of financial and marketing experience, strong managerial skills and an innovative approach to problem solving. Born in Puerto Rico and educated on the mainland, he holds a B.S. degree from Clarkson University. His business experience includes: President of Kidder-Peabody Puerto Rico, Inc.; Executive Vice President of Prudential-Bache Capital Funding, Puerto Rico, Inc. (Broker/Dealer Securities Principal). His innovative accomplishments have been hallmarks in the tax exempt mortgage banking area. Over the last ten years he has been actively involved presiding two organizations; Starlight Development and Antonio Roig Sucesores, both dedicated to the real estate development industry.
Roberto Trápaga	Andrés Nevares
Roberto Trápaga, started as a PepsiCola marketing executive and, for a period of five years, worked the Caribbean Region. From there, he worked for Plaza Las Américas for a period of seventeen years and was responsible for the leasing and operation of the shopping center with over 1,000,000 square feet of leaseable space. During his tenure, he also developed the Plaza del Caribe in Ponce. Subsequently, he moved to TJAC, a shopping center developer that partnered with Walmart to create over seven shopping centers in Puerto Rico. In 1997 he joined Starlight as a principal partner to conceptualize and develop residential projects.	Andrés Nevares, Esq. A corporate lawyer by profession, has concentrated in the construction industry representing both contractors and developers. His other business experience includes being a director for Banco Roig, a director and an active participant in the executive committee for Antonio Roig Sucesores. Participated with the Government Development Bank in the sale of the Navieras de Puerto Rico, as Co-Chairman of the Board. María L. Ramos
María L. Ramos: as chief financial officer, Ms. Ramos began working for Starlight Development Group in 1995 providing financial, managerial expertize to our Company. She graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the UPR and has been a CPA since 1987.
